The U6+ is compatible with several official accessories designed for its specific compact form factor (which it shares with the U6 Lite and nanoHD).

Aesthetic Covers

You can customize the appearance of the AP with snap-on covers to match different environments. These are typically sold in 3-packs and include:

• Matte Black

• Wood

• Marble

• Concrete

• Camo

• Fabric

Mounting Accessories

• Arm Mount: Allows for wall mounting while keeping the AP in a horizontal orientation, which is optimal for signal radiation patterns.

• Recessed Ceiling Mount: Lets you mount the AP flush into a ceiling tile for a very low-profile, “disappearing” look.

• Sloped Ceiling Mount: A specialized bracket that ensures the AP stays level on angled or vaulted ceilings.

• Professional Mounting Plate: A heavy-duty metal mounting system that offers more security and better fitment for junction boxes.

Power and Connectivity

• PoE Adapter (15W): Since the U6+ does not include a power supply, you will need an 802.3af PoE injector if you aren’t using a PoE switch.

• Ultra-Thin Ethernet Cables: Ubiquiti offers highly flexible, thin-diameter patch cables designed to fit easily through the cable channels in the mounting brackets.
